PARIS MEMBER STATES:
The Model Agreement between the Defense Manpower Data Center, Department of Defense (DoD); Administration for Children and Families and individual State Public Assistance Agencies has been approved. State Public Assistance Agencies may extend for another 18 months, until August 14, 2012 their participation in the PARIS DoD/SPAA computer match which was approved by the DoD Data Integrity Board on December 10, 2010 by returning a signed copy of the Model Agreement document. To make the signing process as expeditious as possible, we are asking each State to have an authorized representative sign this document and then send it back to Tom Miller.
State Public Assistance Agencies are required to submit the new signed form in order to participate in the PARIS DoD/SPAA computer matches. The new form template is attached to this transmittal and can also be downloaded from the PARIS website at www.acf.hhs.gov/paris
