This is to advise that for the August 2010 Interstate Match, Pennsylvania submitted a number of records erroneously. These are easily identifiable as they have “0” (zeroes) in the following fields: case number, address, city, state, zip code and all starting and ending eligibility dates.
It is recommended that these records be removed from your state’s match. As a suggested solution, sort all the Pennsylvania cases and filter out any case that contains a zero in the case number field (output element position 120-129). Pennsylvania has corrected the problem and subsequent matches do not contain this error.
