This is the fourth of four modules providing home visiting research findings to inform pay for outcomes (PFO) feasibility studies and project development, including outcome selection, projected cost savings, and outcome payment pricing for PFO financial agreements.

Module 4 helps awardees

  • Understand types of administrative data researchers have used to determine cost values for home visiting outcomes
  • Identify government data sources researchers have used to determine cost values for home visiting outcomes
  • Use this information to help find similar cost data sources for their own location via an Internet search 

Module 4 contains a summary of administrative and government cost data sources used in the return on investment studies cited in Modules 2 and 3.
