Greetings LIHEAP Tribal Program Directors,

DEA has developed a new policy manual that will help you to navigate and find all of the LIHEAP requirements within the LIHEAP Statute and the Block Grant Policy 45 CFR Part 96.  We will briefly discuss and demonstrate the manual in a webinar on November 2, 2011 at 3:00pm (EST).

The manual indexes the LIHEAP Statute and Block Grant Policy using hyperlinks in the table of content.  The hyperlinks connect you to statutory citations related to the administration of LIHEAP funds, such as administrative costs, obligation time period, and targeted assistance.

Participating in the webinar is not necessary.  The manual is very simple and intuitive.  We have attached the manual and will post it to our website before the start of the webinar.  Included below is the information you will need to participate on the webinar.
