Continuing our efforts to enhance LIHEAP program integrity, the Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Energy Assistance (DEA), is hosting a webinar for State LIHEAP Directors to share best practices on building effective relationships with the Social Security Administration (SSA).

This webinar will feature speakers from the States of Connecticut, Maryland, and Missouri.  Each State will share their experiences in setting up agreements with SSA, explain how they use SSA databases to further the goals of program integrity, and share any best practices and lessons learned from this process.
