Annually, the Division of Community Assistance (DCA), within the Office of Community Services (OCS) conducts standard monitoring as required under Section 678B(c) of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Act. Below is the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 monitoring schedule and the FY 2024 First and Second Quarter monitoring schedule, which is published for federal and state planning purposes.
To inform states and U.S. territories (hereinafter referred to as CSBG grant recipients) of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application and plan requirements for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024. To qualify for FFY 2024 CSBG funding, states and territories must submit their application and plan to the Office of Community Services (OCS) by September 1, 2023, using the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved online CSBG State Plan format. CSBG grant recipients should submit their information electronically through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC) available through GrantSolutions.gov.
To inform states and U.S. territories (hereinafter referred to as Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) grant recipients) of the requirement to revise and resubmit their CSBG Eligible Entity List.
