UPDATE: A final rule based on the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014 (PDF) was published on September 30, 2016.

The purpose of this Information Memorandum is to provide key information on the recent reauthorization of CCDF and its implications and opportunities for TANF and CCDF. Lead Agencies from both programs can work together to implement the reauthorization and leverage this opportunity to support family economic security and well-being.
