The Red Cliff Reservation is located in northern Wisconsin. The birth to 17 population represents the largest population within the Red Cliff community at 25 percent, with the birth to 5 year old age category being the fastest growing segment of that population.

The Inter‐Tribal Council of Michigan (ITCM) distributes funding to seven implementing sites, five rural tribal reservation communities, one non-reservation community, and one urban program.

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians is a federally recognized confederation of 27 bands, originating from northern California and southern Washington. Each of these tribes has a unique history and culture, as well as legal relationships with the federal government. 

In December of 2018, 45 States/Territories received a Preschool Development Birth through Five (PDG B-5) Initial Grant Award.
